Last weekend, we stumbled upon a recipe we knew we had to make: Omi’s Franzoesische Birnen Torte! This torte features a rich almond filling, perfectly halved pears, and a glossy apricot jam coating. Obviously, it did not disappoint. It was a delicious homage to her legacy.
