Small Batch Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions (yields 15 cookies):
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a bowl until well combined. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, then whisk again.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix using a spatula. Fold in the chocolate chips and raspberries.
Using a 1-2 tbsp cookie scoop, scoop balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are set. Remove the cookies from the oven, sprinkle them with flaky sea salt, and set them aside to cool.
