Puppy Birthday Carrot Cake

This birthday cake for your puppers is super fun to make and will leave your furball begging for more! Some may think a birthday bundt cake for their dog is a bit extreme, but I think it’s perfect! My dog devoured this carrot cake, and you can even enjoy a slice yourself if you’d like!

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 40 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 large egg

• 1/3 cup honey

• 1/4 cup peanut butter

• 1/4 cup olive oil

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup carrots, shredded

• 1 cup flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• Optional: dog treats (I stuck mine on with peanut butter), whipped cream, or banana slices

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven to 350° F. Grease a tube pan and set aside.

• Mix the egg, honey, peanut butter, olive oil, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined. Stir in carrots until combined.

• Mix the flour and baking soda with the wet ingredients. Spoon the cake batter into the tube pan.

• Bake in the oven until a toothpick comes out clean (~40 minutes). Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it upside down onto a wire rack to cool completely.

• Serve to your furball with desired add-ons!
