Avocado Tuna Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 croissants
1 can tuna
1/2 medium avocado, mashed
2 tbsp mayonnaise (I use mayo made with olive oil)
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Toast your croissants in a convection oven until warm and flaky. Pro tip: pat a bit of water on top of your croissant before toasting; it’ll taste like it’s fresh from the bakery!
Cut each croissant in half, but be careful not to slice them all the way through. Set aside.
Mix together the tuna, avocado, mayo, cucumber, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Spread the tuna avocado mash evenly between both croissants.
Serve and enjoy.
