Avocado Tuna Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 croissants

  • 1 can tuna

  • 1/2 medium avocado, mashed

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (I use mayo made with olive oil)

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 tsp dill

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • Toast your croissants in a convection oven until warm and flaky. Pro tip: pat a bit of water on top of your croissant before toasting; it’ll taste like it’s fresh from the bakery!

  • Cut each croissant in half, but be careful not to slice them all the way through. Set aside.

  • Mix together the tuna, avocado, mayo, cucumber, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Spread the tuna avocado mash evenly between both croissants.

  • Serve and enjoy.
