Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats


Prep Time: 2 minutes | Chill Time: 8 hours | Total Time: 8 hours 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions (yields 2 servings):

  • Add the banana, strawberries, milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the oats, chia seeds, and strawberry banana mixture evenly between two containers, mix, cover, and place in the fridge overnight.

  • In the morning, top each overnight oat serving with strawberry and/or banana slices and a drizzle of almond butter.
