Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions (yields 2 servings):
Add the banana, strawberries, milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the oats, chia seeds, and strawberry banana mixture evenly between two containers, mix, cover, and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top each overnight oat serving with strawberry and/or banana slices and a drizzle of almond butter.
