Almond Flour Brownies with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients:
For the brownies:
1 and 1/4 cups almond flour
1/3 cup Dutch cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
2/3 cup coconut sugar (sub granulated sugar)
2 large eggs, room temperature
3 tbsp water
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
For the topping:
1/2 cup almonds
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp almond milk
Instructions (yields 16 brownies):
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line and grease an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, arrowroot, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the oil and sugar together until well combined. Add the eggs and water, then whisk again until well combined.
Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips until just combined.
Pour the batter into the pan lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy!
