Breakfast Banana Split

  • 1 medium banana, sliced in half

  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (option for dairy-free)

  • 1/2 tbsp cashew butter (sub any nut butter of choice)

  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (sub chia seeds or hemp seeds)

  • 1/4 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (I prefer frozen!)

  • Drizzle of honey
